Renee Lara is an accomplished Plant Manager with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Altium Packaging since August 2024, Renee previously held the same position at WestRock Company and has contributed significantly at Unilever in roles such as Production Manager, QA Manager, and Manager of Excellence. Notable achievements include implementing World Class Manufacturing principles, achieving significant cost reductions through Lean Six Sigma methodologies at The Coca-Cola Company, and leading teams on various efficiency improvement projects at Nestle S.A. Renee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate’s Degree from the College of the Sequoias.
