About the Role
As part of the R&D Department, you will participate in all quality assurance activities, such as creating test documentation, testing new features, and regression testing. You will also be part of the A365 team working on our cloud platform.
A Day in the Life of Our QA Engineer
- Plan, execute and support a wide range of quality assurance activities
- Handle escalations to other teams as appropriate
- Monitor, classify, and collect requests by areas and other metrics
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer/Application Engineer/Support Engineer or similar experience with approaching and solving customer problems
- Experience in writing test documents
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Experience with browser devtools
- Experience with automation testing
- Understanding of CI systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
