Lucy Davila

Lucy Davila has over 20 years of experience in the supply chain and operations field. Lucy began their career in 1993 at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles such as Associate Director, Global Supply Network Operations for Cosmetics, Section Head for Supply Chain Management for Oral Care, Supply Network Design for Beauty Div, Business Operations Planning for Beauty Div, and Global Matl Supply Manager for Beauty Div. In 2016, they moved to Coty as the NA Supply Chain Go to Market Program Leader. In 2019, they joined D&R TE as a Supply Chain Executive. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Partner at Altix Consulting, where they help middle-market industrial companies compete globally.

Lucy Davila has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a minor in Health Care Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, obtained in 2020. Lucy also has an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineer from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, obtained in 1993. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC, obtained in September 2019.
