Megan Harter

Megan Harter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation leadership, project management, and client relationship development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Transformation at Cask since 2016, Megan guides clients through complex transformational initiatives, aligning strategies with outcomes through the Digital Transformation Body of Knowledge (DPBoK). Previous roles at Cask include positions as Sr. Client Architect and Director of Business Value Realization, where Megan focused on creating strategic roadmaps and ensuring client-centric value delivery. Prior to Cask, Megan held managerial and project management roles at Young's Market Company and Deloitte Recap LLC, and has a strong foundation in administrative support from positions at Flextronics and other organizations. Megan earned a BA in Psychology from Penn State University and an AA in Psychology from West Valley/Mission College.
