Ramesh Chandra has worked at five different companies throughout their career. In 2020, they began working at Altix Consulting as a Partner Supply Chain. Prior to this, they worked at GE Aviation as a Continuous Improvement Leader in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Founder-CEO of SKÖN. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at Cummins Inc. in various roles, including Six Sigma Black Belt, Global Demand Management Leader, Sourcing Director, and Sourcing Manager. From 1995 to 2004, they worked at Carrier Corporation in various roles, including Assistant Manager - Marketing, Senior Engineer - Marketing, Engineer - Marketing, and Management Trainee.

Ramesh Chandra has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Ramesh's field of study was Finance & Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they obtained a B Tech from Mahatma Gandhi University in 1994, with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
