Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, with previous experience as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, focusing on reform support for EU countries. Tomasz served on the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, contributing to academic and professional development. Additional roles include being a member of the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency from August 2018 to January 2022, and a coordination assistant in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate at the European External Action Service from March 2013 to July 2018. As president of the Network PL association and holding various positions within the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour, Tomasz has a strong background in international relations, supported by a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2003.
