Cameron Gatling

Cameron Gatling is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Alto Pharmacy since 2022, Cameron previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Little Otter from 2020 to 2022, where key achievements included leading the launch of web and mobile applications across five states in six months. Cameron's prior roles include Engineering Manager at Rocketrip, where responsibilities included managing a distributed team and enhancing user engagement through product innovation. With earlier experience as a Front End Engineer and Web Developer, Cameron has demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing applications, creating cohesive user experiences, and implementing robust development processes. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from North Carolina State University and study abroad in Ecology at Sapienza Università di Roma.
