Casey Stotts

Casey Stotts has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. They started their career as an Operations Supervisor at Best Buy in 2004 and then worked as an Associate Coordinator at The Home Depot from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Senior HR Specialist at H&R Block WHQ. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Crystal Geyser Water Company. They then joined H&R Block again in 2013 as an HR Specialist until 2015. After that, they worked as an HRIS Analyst at Lawrence Memorial Hospital from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, starting as an HRIS Analyst and progressing to Manager and Director roles in HR Technology. Currently, they are a Director of People Technology & Analytics at Alto Pharmacy, starting in 2024.

Casey Stotts obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado State University Global from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Casey has a certification in Workday Pro: HCM from Workday, obtained in 2019.
