Evan Shobe has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Evan started their career as a Buyer Apprentice Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2010. Evan then moved on to Caterpillar Inc., where they worked as a Fright Audit and Payment Analyst, Strategic Planning and Controls Sr. Analyst, and Procurement Lead for the Dealer Transportation Network Strategy. During their time at Caterpillar, Evan focused on transportation procurement, cost modeling, and optimizing the dealer network.

In 2015, Evan joined Amazon, where they held multiple positions including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Principal Program Manager for North American Fulfillment Operations, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Evan played a key role in leading fulfillment operations, driving innovation, improving site safety, and optimizing processes. Evan was also responsible for managing large teams and ensuring operational excellence.
