Melinda Decker

Melinda Decker has held a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2011. Melinda began their career at MedImmune, where they served as the Head of Commercial Innovation from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined AstraZeneca as the Head of Oncology, Digital Therapeutics & Digital Health and Head of Diabetes, Digital Therapeutics & Digital Health. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Principal at MAJ Global Consulting, LLC, and was also an Advisor for MIT's Catalyst Program and Mymee. In 2019, they became an Advisor for HealthMode, and in 2021 they joined Plexus Ventures LLC as an Advisor and CNS Summit as a member of the Leadership Council. In 2022, they became an Advisor and Fractional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Altoida, Inc. and an Advisor for Love (Love.com).

Melinda Decker has a M.B.A. from the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, where they studied Marketing and Finance. Melinda also holds an M.S. in Biochemical Engineering and a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering, both from the University of California, Davis.
