Liz Fagan

Liz Fagan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Liz currently holds the position of Senior Director, Operations & Implementations at Alto. Prior to this, they were the Director of Implementation, Product Integrations at the same company.

Before joining Alto, Liz worked at TrueAccord as the Senior Director, Customer Implementations & Project Delivery. At TrueAccord, they played a key role in optimizing digital content based on consumer behavior in the debt collections industry.

Liz also served as the Client Success Manager, 401(k) Financial Advisor at ForUsAll, where they managed client relationships and built a book of retirement assets worth approximately $200 million.

In addition, Liz has extensive experience in the finance sector, having worked as the Senior Enterprise Strategic Account Manager and later as the Director of Account Management at Spruce Finance. Liz also held the role of Director of Customer Support Operations and Experience at Spruce, where they led a newly created B2B customer support team.

Earlier in their career, Liz worked as the Vice President, Financial Sponsors Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where they underwrote and managed commercial loan transactions. Liz also gained experience in underwriting financing transactions for sports teams at Bank of America and worked as the Director of Fundraising / Athletic Programs at MetroLacrosse, Inc.

Liz started their career in athletics, serving as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Dartmouth College and later as an Athletic Administrator at the same institution.

Liz Fagan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University, which they earned from 1991 to 1995. Liz also completed an Executive Education program, called the Accelerated Development Program, at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2015. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education program focused on leadership, strategy, and implementation at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013. Liz Fagan obtained a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they completed from 1997 to 1998. Liz has also obtained several certifications, including the Series 65 from NASAA in January 2018, and the Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA in September 2009.
