Meredith Lin

Meredith Lin (Dillon), M.Ed, CPCC, ACC is a seasoned professional in people strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Strategy at Altos Labs since January 2022, Meredith focuses on building and scaling people programs, collaborating with global leaders to enhance organizational culture. Previously, Meredith was the Principal People & Culture Leader at Genentech where responsibilities included generating and executing people strategies for the Small Molecule Drug Discovery organization. With prior roles in educational consulting, talent acquisition, and as a school psychologist, Meredith possesses a diverse background bolstered by a Master of Education from Columbia University and extensive training in coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute.
