Juan C Arias

Juan C Arias has extensive experience in sales management and regional business operations, currently serving as Sales Manager at Regal Rexnord since March 2023. Previously, Juan held the position of Regional Business Manager for South America at Altra Industrial Motion from November 2011 onwards and worked in industrial sales at Dana Holding Corporation from February 1992 to March 2001. Juan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Salem University (2013-2014) and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1984-1991), along with a high school diploma from San Bartome (1974-1980).
