Chris Hilton has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Vice President HR & Labor Relations at Altria since October 2013. In previous roles at Altria, including Director of Human Resources for Altria Client Services and Managing Director of Human Resources, Chris Hilton has built a robust career that began at Philip Morris USA, where Chris held various positions from Manager of Talent Planning to HR Generalist. Chris's career commenced at International Paper as an HR Associate. Educational qualifications include an MLHR from The Ohio State University, an M.Ed. in Counseling from Auburn University, and a BS in Psychology from Wingate University.
