Katrina Ryder

Katrina Ryder has extensive work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on labor relations and compliance. Katrina has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Vice President roles at Smithfield Foods. Katrina has been responsible for providing HR leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and managing labor negotiations and agreements. Prior to Smithfield Foods, Katrina worked at Conagra Brands as a Director of HR, overseeing employee relations and coaching HR staff. Katrina also has experience at ConAgra Foods and Kraft Foods, where they provided HR support and participated in contract negotiations. Additionally, they worked at General Mills as an HR Generalist, managing workers compensation and leave programs. Overall, Katrina Ryder has a strong background in HR leadership, labor relations, and supporting organizational goals.

Katrina Ryder obtained their BA and MBA degrees in Psychology and Executive Management from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1993 to 1999.
