Pontsho Letaoana

Pontsho Letaoana has extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as a Help Desk Technician at the Motor Industry Bargaining Council since July 2021. Prior to this, Pontsho worked at Altron Systems Integration as an IT First Line Support Technician from April 2016 onwards, and at MWEB as an IT Technical Operator from November 2014 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes a role in Operations Support at Gijima from August 2012 to July 2014. Education includes a Systems Support NQF level 5 certification from Bytes Systems Integration in 2015 and a Technical Support NQF level 4 certification from CTU Training Solutions in 2011.
