About the position

Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Junior IT support Engineer to join our team in Culver City.

What you’ll do

  • Provide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software
  • Respond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions
  • Conduct corporate training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding-offboarding
  • Maintain the daily performance of computer systems 
  • Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt 
  • Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned

What you’ll bring

  • Familiarity with Mac and PC Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with GSuite and Google Admin
  • Familiarity with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA
  • Familiarity with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
  • Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Computer and Printer Support 
  • New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required.

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
