Grace Carter

Grace has held senior leadership roles across the online travel, retail and telco space, most notably leading the CRM program at TripAdvisor for nearly 10 years. Her passion for data and messaging makes her equal part nerd and creative, and her customer management programs have won awards for their effectiveness. Alts.co is Grace’s second startup adventure, and she’s an active investor in NFTs, Crypto and Art. Grace holds a diploma in Integrative Counselling and recently set up a befriending program for a refugee charity in Spain.
