Valeria Anzaldo Leyva

Valeria Anzaldo Leyva currently serves as the Head of Talent and Development at AltScore since November 2024. Previously, Valeria worked at Nuvocargo from May 2021 to May 2023 as a Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Manager specializing in Technical Recruiting. Additionally, Valeria facilitated workshops as a Gold tier facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative by Google, promoting women's empowerment and breaking glass ceilings between February 2019 and April 2023. Valeria also has academic experience as a professor at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara from August 2021 to January 2022. Prior roles at Wizeline included Talent Development Manager, Global Talent Developer, and Recruitment Coordinator from September 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities encompassed the full recruitment life cycle and leading mentorship programs. Valeria holds a Master's degree in Human Development and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, both from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
