Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee is currently serving as Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Altus Group, where Jessica leads corporate and securities law matters, mergers & acquisitions, and investments. Previously, Jessica held positions at Canada Goose as a Senior Manager, Legal, and at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP as an Associate, where Jessica represented various companies in corporate finance transactions and provided legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, a Doctor of Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from York University - Schulich School of Business.
