Kim Carter

Kim Carter has a strong background in human resources, with progressive roles throughout their career. Kim is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Altus Group since March 2021. Prior to this, they held senior executive positions at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) from 2014 to 2021, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources. Before MLSE, Kim held positions in Astral Media as Vice President of Human Resources from 2008 to 2013, Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources from 1999 to 2007, Cogeco Cable Inc. as a Manager of Human Resources in 1999, and Sprint Canada as an HR Advisor from 1997 to 1998. With their extensive experience in HR, Kim Carter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Altus Group.

Kim Carter completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McMaster University, graduating in 1996.
