Tony Gaffney

Tony Gaffney is a board member at Altus Group Ltd and has over 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources. Prior to their current position, Tony was the managing partner at Odgers Berndtson, where they were responsible for the talent management and leadership development of the company. Tony also served as the corporate director and chair of the governance and human resources committee at Loblaw's Presidents Choice Bank. In their role at Altus Group, Tony is responsible for the performance of the company worldwide. Tony has also been involved with Aon Hewitt, where they were the CEO and a member of the global executive committee.

Tony Gaffney has a ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BAI Engineering and MA from Trinity College, Dublin.
