Tony Gaffney serves as the Special Advisor to the Chair and President and CEO at the Vector Institute, focusing on the responsible development and adoption of AI. Additionally, Tony holds a position as Corporate Director and Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee at Board/Altus Group, an AI-enabled global real estate asset management company. As the Founder and CEO of Lambay Group, Tony provides guidance on board effectiveness and corporate transformation. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson, Corporate Director at President's Choice Financial, CEO at Aon, and Managing Partner at Accenture. Tony's extensive experience spans multiple industries and leadership positions, underpinned by an education from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and Trinity College Dublin.
