Matt Maney

Matt Maney currently serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Altus Properties, a position held since December 2023. Maney is also the Owner of Etch Real Estate, LLC since February 2019. Prior experience includes tenure as a Senior Capital Markets Manager at Mortenson from August 2020 to December 2023 and as Vice President at both Cadence Capital Partners and VennPoint Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed development and re-development of various real estate projects. Prior roles include Associate and Real Estate Analyst at HFF and Financial Analyst at Wynnchurch Capital. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, complemented by prior studies at DePauw University.
