Anastasiya Klimina

Anastasiya Klimina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anastasiya started their career as a journalist at ЧАО "РТВК ТОНИС-ЦЕНТР" (7 канал) in 2013, where they worked as a journalist for almost two years. Anastasiya then transitioned into the field of IT recruitment, working as an IT recruiter at Argument from October 2014 to August 2015. Following that, they joined SSA Group as a recruiter from August 2015 to February 2017. In 2017, they joined Dev.Pro, a US-based outsource software development company, as a recruiter. Anastasiya rapidly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Recruiter, Recruiting Supervisor, and Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Supervisor. Anastasiya worked at Dev.Pro until December 2022. Currently, they are employed at Alty as a Team Lead Recruitment, starting in June 2023. Throughout their career, Anastasiya has gained significant experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating their ability to work in diverse roles and adapt to different environments.

From 2008 to 2013, Anastasiya Klimina attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. During this time, they pursued a degree in TV journalism from the Faculty of Philology. Anastasiya completed their studies and earned the degree of Specialist.
