Michel Lussier

Michel Lussier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1982, they worked as a Health and Safety Business Partner at Gaz Métropolitain. Michel then transitioned to a role as Plant Manager at Purdel Sea Food Division from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 1998, Michel worked at PPG Industries, where they held the position of Director for Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Health and Safety and Environment. In 1998, they joined Rolls-Royce as a Director of Human Resources before moving to CAE in 1999. At CAE, Michel served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the integration of over 20 acquisitions and expanding the company's global presence. After their time at CAE, Michel worked at SNC-Lavalin from 2011 to 2016, holding the role of SVP of Human Resources, where they led the HR integration following an acquisition and established HR shared services worldwide. Following this, Michel worked at Parmalat Canada as the SVP of Human Resources from 2018 to 2019. Finally, since 2020, they have been the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Aluminerie Alouette Inc.

Michel Lussier attended Université Laval from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations. Michel'sfield of study focused on Relations Industrielles - Ressources Humaines (Industrial Relations - Human Resources).
