Hisham Ahmad

Hisham Ahmad has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Hisham is currently serving as the Industrial Group CFO at Aluminium Products Company (ALUPCO) since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bahna Engineering Holding from March 2018 to June 2023. Hisham has also served as the Group CFO at EGYSTONE Holding from July 2017 to February 2018.

In addition, Hisham worked at Al Nefaei Accounting & Consulting Company as a Consultant/Adviser from June 2009 to May 2017. Before that, they held the position of Senior Consultant - Accounting GM at Saudi Telecom Corporation (STC) from June 2006 to July 2016. Hisham also served as Deputy Finance Manager (Accounting, Budgeting, and Planning Manager) at National Telecom Cards Company from November 2003 to June 2006.

Hisham's previous roles include Financial Controller & Group Financial Analyst at OrasInvest Management Services Holding from August 2001 to November 2003, and Senior Cost Controller at Arab Aluminum Company S.A.E. from January 1997 to August 2001.

Hisham Ahmad has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2001, they obtained a Modern Accounting Certificate from The American University in Cairo. In 2002, they earned a Customer Services Certificate from the same institution. In 2003, Ahmad received a Management Certificate from The American University in Cairo. In 2004, they completed a Certificate in Corporate Project / Finance Specialist from the same university. Continuing their education, Ahmad enrolled in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accounting (SOCPA) in 2007 and obtained a degree in Evaluating Internal Control System using COSO tools, with a focus on Internal Audit. In 2013, they received a certification in Certified Financial Modeling from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management. In 2014, Ahmad earned a Certificate in IFRS from the American Institution of CPAs. Additionally, in that same year, they completed Soft Skills training from Harvard Business Publishing, with a focus on Management. In 2015, Ahmad passed Part I (BEC) and Part II (Audit) of the CPA exams administered by the American Institution of CPAs. Finally, in 2017, they attended the Egyptian Society for Public Finance & Taxes and completed a Comprehensive Training Program in Tax & Accounting, specializing in IFRS, the Egyptian application of IFRS, and new tax laws.
