Mutia Adrian has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2010, they completed an internship at Mercedes-Benz Indonesia. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Asia Pulp & Paper as a Strategic Procurement specialist, responsible for handling purchase requisitions, optimizing procurement processes, and managing purchasing contracts. From 2013 to 2017, Mutia worked at Charles Taylor plc as a Loss Adjuster, dealing with various types of claims and insurance policies. In 2019, they joined Radboud University Nijmegen as an International Student Ambassador, a role they held until 2021. Currently, Mutia is employed at Alumio as a Business Consultant, starting in August 2021.

Mutia Adrian completed their education in a chronological manner. Mutia first attended Fons Vitae Senior High School from 2004 to 2007, where they studied science. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, from 2007 to 2011. Later, they enrolled at Radboud University and earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business - Economics from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Mutia Adrian also obtained two certifications. In November 2015, they achieved the CH2 level certification from The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Mutia also obtained the CH1 level certification from the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters in January 2015.
