Michael Cheng

Michael Cheng is currently serving as the Technical Lead at Alumni Services in Singapore, where Michael is leading data domain and practice execution for various client projects. Prior to this, Michael held positions such as Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce, Principal Consultant at Oracle, and Founder & CTO at Neruti Technology Sdn Bhd, focusing on AI and machine learning software development. With a background in information security and consultancy, Michael has also worked at companies like StarHub Ltd and Ping Solution Pte Ltd. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Kirkwood Community College.
