Don Warden II

Don Warden II has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Don currently serves as the Director of Incident Response at Cyber Guards, where they lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in detecting and responding to security incidents. Additionally, they manage daily operations and assists clients in meeting cybersecurity framework implementations.

In the past, Don has held various roles in different companies. At Alvaka Networks, they worked as a Senior Associate in the cybersecurity threat response practice, providing guidance on remediation efforts and managing client communications. As the Owner and Chief Technology Pro at CyberCloudPro, they offered cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services to clients. At CORTAC Group, they served as a Senior Associate, specializing in complex cybersecurity and infrastructure design for regulated businesses.

Don also has experience as the President and CEO of TeamLogic IT of Middle Tennessee, where they successfully operated a franchise business and managed a team of engineers. As the Regional Vice President at Core BTS, they led a region and achieved significant revenue growth. Don also held multiple roles at Avanade, including Senior Director, Infrastructure Architect, and Account Group Executive/Territory Director, where they provided technology leadership, support, and sales strategies for clients.

Earlier in their career, Don worked as the Director of Networks and Systems at Central Parking System, where they directed the operation of global networks and datacenters. Don also owned and operated their own consulting business, providing services to numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Cottonwood, where they provided guidance and architectural review for infrastructure projects.

Don Warden II completed their Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they attended Colorado Technical University from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a BSBA degree in Management. In 1994, Don attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, for a period of two years, studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. Before that, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Hawaii Pacific University and focused on Mathematics and Computer Science. Don's secondary education was completed at Franklin High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1983 to 1985.

In addition to their education, Don Warden II has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2020, they achieved the certification of Certified Digital Forensics Examiner (C)DFE from Mile2. Don became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in June 2003, certified by the Project Management Institute. Don also holds the certification of Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) from EC-Council, obtained in September 2021, and a Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) certification from Fortinet, achieved in August 2020. Further certifications and their dates of achievement are currently unknown.
