Cristel Andersen has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Cristel began their career in 2002 as the Owner/Promoter of 21st Century Event Productions, where they specialized in full-service event production and offered event consulting services. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Office and Accounts Manager at Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce. In this position, they managed office operations and handled accounts until August 2010. Andersen then joined Alvarez Technology Group, Inc. as the Director of Customer Care & Operations in August 2010, where their responsibilities include overseeing customer care and operations.

Cristel Andersen attended ASU, Marcos de Niza High School from 1983 to 1989. Cristel then went on to attend Portland Community College from 1989 to 1991, although no degree or field of study information was provided for either educational experience.
