Henry Pacheco

Henry Pacheco currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Technical Support at Alvaria, Inc., a position held since January 2023. Previously, Henry Pacheco worked at Aspect Software from 1998, taking on various roles including Director of Customer Care and Senior Service Delivery Manager. Early in the career, Henry Pacheco was involved with ROLM/IBM/Siemens from 1984 to 1998, initially as a Service Technician providing onsite support for ROLM CBX products in the San Francisco Bay Area, followed by a role as an Installation Technician for IBM, focusing on the planning and implementation of the IBM 9750 and 9751 product line.
