Josh Rodriguez has extensive experience in customer success and client relations roles. Josh has worked in various companies such as Alvaria, Inc., LivePerson, Tenfold, and Rackspace, where Josh held positions such as Vice President of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Strategic Account Manager. Josh also has a background in education, having worked as an Assistant Principal and Science Coordinator at Warren High School and Holmes High School, respectively. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University.
