Paul Clee is a seasoned professional in the bioprocessing industry, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Process Technology & Innovation at Alvotech since August 2019. In this role, Paul is a key member of the leadership team at the Julich site in Germany and oversees Advanced Bioprocessing and Cell Culture Media Development groups. Prior to Alvotech, Paul held various positions at GE Healthcare, including Cell Culture Process Science Leader and Bioprocess Upstream Specialist, from February 2010 to August 2019. Paul began his career at PAA Laboratories GmbH as a Technical Support & Marketing Executive. Paul obtained a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Cell Culture Media Development & Process Development from the University of Birmingham between 2005 and 2009.
