Harry Liu

Harry Liu has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Harry is currently working as the Executive Director of Clinical Development at ALX Oncology since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Genentech, including Lead Medical Director, Senior Safety Science Leader, Safety Science Leader, and Senior Scientist. Harry worked at Genentech from 2013 to 2021. Before joining Genentech, Harry worked at Amgen as a Senior Manager of Drug Safety and Manager of Safety Pharmacoepidemiology from 2004 to 2013. Harry also worked as a Clinical Data Analyst at Johnson & Johnson and as a Research Associate/Epidemiologist at UCSF.

Harry Liu completed their MBA in Business Strategy and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2013. Harry also holds a medical degree (MD) from Jilin University and a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) with a focus in Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley.
