Janica Wong

Janica Wong has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and oncology. Janica is currently the Director of Discovery Biology at ALX Oncology, where they lead a team and oversees the development of pipelines for conditionally activated antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director of Discovery Biology at ALX Oncology.

Before joining ALX Oncology, Janica served as an Associate Principal Scientist of Discovery Biology at RubrYc Therapeutics, Inc., where they led programs focused on immunotherapy and Treg-targeting. RubrYc's unique platform utilizes machine learning for antibody discovery.

Janica also has experience working at Merck as a Senior Scientist in both Discovery Oncology and Translational Medicine.
