Helen Caballero Crowley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Alysian, a position held since October 2024, Helen previously held multiple significant roles at GoStudent, including Director of Global People Operations and Business Partnering, along with leadership positions at Eventbrite, Baker McKenzie, and HomeServe España. With a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, Helen's expertise spans talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, notably across the EMEA and Latin American regions. Helen holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from IE Business School and several degrees from University College Dublin, including a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Economics.
