Kari-Anne Slaaen

Kari-Anne Slaaen has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Their most recent position was as VP People and Culture at Alytic, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Volue from January 2021 to October 2021. From August 2018 to January 2021, they held the same role at Wattsight. Before transitioning into HR roles, Kari-Anne served as an HR Advisor at NAV Agder from August 2014 to August 2018. Kari-Anne also has experience as a Mediator at The Norwegian Mediation and Reconciliation Service from January 2007 to August 2015, and as an HSE Advisor at Agder Arbeidsmiljø IKS from August 2004 to August 2014.

Kari-Anne Slaaen attended the University of Oslo from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Ex-phil/Ex-fac. Kari-Anne then enrolled at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1997 to 2004, completing their degree in Cand.polit with a focus on Counselling/Rådgivningspedagogikk. In 2011 to 2012, they furthered their education at Diakonhjemmet Høgskole, obtaining a Videreutdanning degree in Conflict Management and Mediation.
