Roland Gjergji

Roland Gjergji began their work experience in 2017 as a Caffé Manager at Caffeteria Dolce Italia, where they managed a successful Italian café in the center of a city. In 2020, they joined STARNET, s.r.o. as an External Sales Representative, where they gained over 100 new customers in the first year. Also in 2020, Roland joined Alza.cz a.s., starting as a Business Unit Assistant and later becoming a Junior Product Manager. After a year of training, they progressed to a Senior Product Manager in the Sales & Purchasing department at Alza.cz a.s. as of August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining margins, and managing a portfolio of more than 50 business partners, both local and international.

Roland Gjergji attended the Gymnázium a Obchodní Akademie Mariánské Lázně from 2014 to 2018, where they studied in the field of Obchodní Akademie. Following this, they enrolled at the College of Economics and Management in Prague from 2019 to 2022. During their time at the College, they focused on the field of Lidské Zdroje and management. It is important to note that the degree obtained at the College of Economics and Management is not specified.
