Tomáš Jareš

Tomáš Jareš has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries.

Tomáš started working at Alza.cz a.s. in September 2017 as a Copywriter, where they were responsible for writing articles about newly introduced products and creating guides for product selection. Tomáš also contributed to the design and coding of paid PR articles. In August 2018, they transitioned to the role of IT Customer Care Specialist (Trainer), where they addressed customer inquiries and trained a newly formed external team.

In January 2019, Tomáš took on the role of Marketing Campaigns Frontend Developer and Designer at Alza.cz a.s. Here, they worked on modifying existing website elements, such as product descriptions and landing pages, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Tomáš also optimized the process of implementing new descriptions by programming specific JS scripts.

Tomáš briefly worked as an Alza Expert from November 2017 to May 2018.

In 2020, Tomáš joined LidskáSíla.cz as the Chief Technology Officer, a role they held from November 2020 to April 2021.

Most recently, Tomáš began working at HAXAGON in August 2022 as a Cyber Security Scenarios Creator. In this role, they create virtual scenarios on topics related to cyber security, Linux, and networking using Docker. These scenarios are designed to enhance cyber security knowledge and skills in the Czech Republic.

In addition to their professional experience, Tomáš also worked as a Social Media Specialist at Základní škola Filosofská from February 2017 onwards.

Tomáš Jareš holds a Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Applied Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, they pursued their secondary education at Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola a gymnázium from 2018 to 2022, specializing in IT - kybernetická bezpečnost. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including HackDays 5.0 (kybernetická bezpečnost) from Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola in August 2018. Tomáš has also completed online courses from institutions such as Academind and Udemy, covering topics like Docker, Kubernetes, NodeJS, React, User Experience Design, and Vue.
