Vojtech Melecky has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Vojtech started their career as a Studentský ambasador at EY in 2016, followed by a role as a Tableau Junior Business Developer at SALESDOCk from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they interned at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. for a CEMS Business Project and later at Deloitte Consulting as an Intern in Strategy & Operations.

In 2019, Vojtech joined Amazon as a Pathways Operations Intern, where they led a project to optimize transportation networks. Vojtech then joined Carlsberg Group as an Integrated Supply Chain Management Trainee, working on digitalizing the supply chain and developing use cases.

Currently, Vojtech is working at Alza.cz a.s. as a Product Marketing Manager. Vojtech has been responsible for leading the customer program AlzaPlus+ and overseeing its strategic development, day-to-day operations, and team management. Vojtech also supported the Chief Commercial Officer in various strategic topics, including customer programs, international expansion, and market analysis. Throughout their career, Vojtech has gained holistic insights into the e-commerce industry and developed a cross-functional perspective.

Vojtech Melecky completed their education from 2017 to 2019 at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in CEMS MIM. In 2017, they also attended the University of St.Gallen for a CEMS Exchange term in International Management. During the same year, they participated in an exchange semester (March-June) at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Earlier, from 2012 to 2016, they studied at Prague University of Economics and Business and obtained a Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Mezinárodní ekonomické vztahy. Additionally, Vojtech Melecky holds two additional certifications: BEC Higher (Business English certificate - C1) from Cambridge English, obtained in June 2015, and DSD II (Deutsche Sprachdiplom C1) from Kultusministerium Deutschlands, obtained in May 2013.
