Caroline Newby is an experienced partnerships manager with a focus on engaging organizations and businesses to foster dementia-friendly practices within the Alzheimer's Society, where Caroline has worked since August 2014. In the role of Partnerships Manager for the Dementia Friendly Communities Programme, Caroline leads initiatives to define true dementia-friendly business practices and collaborates with industry professionals to create sector-specific guidance. Previously, Caroline served as a Senior New Partnerships Executive, securing high-value corporate partnerships and enhancing fundraising involvement with Alzheimer's Society initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Development Executive at Help the Hospices, where Caroline was instrumental in establishing corporate partnerships and managing a successful payroll giving scheme, and as a Corporate Development Executive at FairFX. Caroline holds a degree in History from Newcastle University, attained in 2008.
