Katy Hawkes has a diverse background in HR, with experience in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organizational change. Katy has worked in various roles in companies such as AMFRESH Group, Wickes, Morrisons, and Salvation Army Trading Company. Katy also has experience in childcare, having worked as a Nursery Nurse and Senior Nursery Practitioner prior to transitioning into HR. Katy holds a BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning & Development from Northampton College.
