Michele Verebelyi

Michele Verebelyi has extensive experience in the field of organizational development and leadership. Their most recent role was as the Sr. VP People and Culture at AM LLC, where they successfully led workforce transformation efforts and developed a new strategic direction for the company. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Organizational Development Services at PTG International, Inc., where they executed change and communications plans for organizational re-design. Michele also held positions at 2U, Suntiva LLC, CI International, Inc., American Red Cross, CoreCivic, and Management Recruiters International, where they specialized in various aspects of organizational development, including facilitation, coaching, and training. Throughout their career, Michele has demonstrated a strong ability to drive positive change and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Michele Verebelyi earned a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago, completing their studies between 1994 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Their additional certifications include an Ethical Fitness Seminar from the Institute for Global Ethics, and they are an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in October 2020.
