Caitlin Roscioli McNichol

Caitlin Roscioli McNichol possesses extensive experience in marketing, client services, and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Caitlin serves as the Director of Client Services at Lamark Media while also holding multiple leadership positions with AMA Richmond, including President Elect and Vice President of Membership. Previous achievements include a role as Vice President of Marketing at Worksite Labs, where Caitlin developed a marketing strategy that facilitated rapid company growth to $50 million in revenue. Additional experience at Dotted Line involved significant account growth and client relationship management, while earlier roles at Discovery Communications and Interface Media Group provided a strong foundation in media logistics and editing. Caitlin holds a BA in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
