Niall McAnallen

Niall McAnallen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in client services and business transformation across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Key Accounts and Services at AMACH since June 2024, Niall drives client services and manages key accounts globally during a period of significant growth. Previously, Niall held the position of Global VP Client and Professional Services at Teleperformance, overseeing client success for top global accounts. Niall has also founded and directed a GreenTech start-up, headed client success and digital transformation efforts at Auxilion, and led operations for Majorel and Xerox Global Services. Niall's educational background includes multiple degrees in business leadership and management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and Ulster University, along with a diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from University College Dublin.
