Michael Vorderstrasse

Michael Vorderstrasse has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Michael currently serves as the Commercial Director at Amadeus FiRe AG since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Badenoch + Clark from 2019 to 2022.

From 2013 to 2019, Michael held multiple positions at DIS AG, including Head of Professional Recruitment Germany, Managing Director, and Geschäftsbereichsleiter.

Before DIS AG, they worked at Amadeus FiRe AG from 2007 to 2013, serving as Regional Direktor Nord and Director of Marketing & Business Development.

Their career began at Amadeus FiRe AG in 2001 as an Area Manager, and they later became a Niederlassungsleiter at DIS AG from 1999 to 2001.

Michael Vorderstrasse obtained a Betriebswirt (IHK) degree from IHK Köln in 2001. Later, in 2005, they completed their studies at IHK Bielefeld, earning the degree of Personalfachkaufmann (IHK). Prior to that, in 1999, Michael acquired a Handelsfachwirt (IHK) degree from IHK Arnsberg.
