Armelle Cassar - Arnaud

Armelle Cassar - Arnaud is the Director of People & Culture for Amadeus in France, overseeing HR for over 4,300 employees since April 2024. Prior to this role, Armelle served as Human Resources Senior Director at Cognizant from May 2020 to April 2024, leading HR initiatives for France and the Southern region from 2022, and for France from 2020 to 2021. Armelle’s experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Hitachi Vantara, where responsibilities spanned various roles from HR Senior Manager for French operations to HR Director for EMEA Services & Central Region. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for Sun Microsystems, managing HR for French operations. Educational qualifications include a DEA in Labour Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Social Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
