Dalton Arneiro

Dalton Arneiro has extensive experience in software asset management and customer service, currently serving in various roles at Amadeus since July 2016, including Global Escalation Support and Licensing Compliance Specialist. Prior to this, Dalton worked at Newmarket, an Amadeus company, as a Licensing Compliance Specialist and Platinum Support Specialist from October 2010 to July 2016. Dalton's career began at UPS from November 2003 to November 2010 as an Operations Supervisor, managing a team in warehouse operations, and also includes experience as a Customer Service Representative at Banco do Brasil from May 2000 to February 2001. Dalton's educational background includes studies at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and Colégio de São Bento, culminating in a high school diploma.
