Sarah Armas Molina has extensive experience in safety, wellbeing, and diversity, currently serving at Amadeus since February 2018 as the leader of the prevention service and head of the occupational risk prevention service. In addition to driving the company's wellbeing program, Sarah actively engages in workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives. As a founding member of OBBIO Bienestar, the first association of Wellbeing responsibles in Spain, Sarah leads a working group on Social Wellbeing. Previous roles include Supervisor in PwC España's Sustainability team and Sustainability Consultant at ERM, where contributions were made to environmental and corporate social responsibility projects. Sarah began her career as a Junior Consultant at CH2M HILL, focusing on environmental impact assessments in the Oil & Gas industry. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
