Sandeep Gr

Sandeep GR has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Sandeep started their career at Intellect Consultants as an HR Executive and later worked at NXP Semiconductors as an HR Executive and IT Recruiter. Sandeep then joined Kyocera Wireless as a Senior HR Executive, where they implemented strategies to reduce recruitment costs. Sandeep also worked at July System as an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition, where they played a key role in campus hiring and skill mapping. Sandeep then joined Nokia as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they led recruitment efforts for various departments. Sandeep further expanded their expertise at Microsoft as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for hiring senior leaders and managing hiring demands. Sandeep then joined Myntra as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager, handling cross-functional roles. Sandeep later worked at Willys Top Cafe as a Business Owner, where they oversaw the operations of the themed cafe. Most recently, Sandeep served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Amagi Corporation, where they built and led a global talent acquisition organization. Sandeep was responsible for defining and executing talent strategies aligned with the business goals of the company.

Sandeep GR completed an MBA in HR from Symbiosis International University from 2010 to 2012.
